We get it buying clothing is hard, so at anytime you can contact us at fashion9@hotmail.ca or call us at 1(780)532-4550. Our team is in the office Monday-Saturday 10:00am-5:00pm MST, and are always happy to help!

 

For a return to be accepted, the item must be hygienic condition (in brand-new condition) with original tags still attached. As a privately owned business we can't accept items that are less than perfect because we won't be able to resell damaged or used product.  

  • Regular priced items may be returned for exchange or store credit when customer service is contacted within 15 days of when your parcel is delivered.
  • All returns must be approved before you send an item back. If you don't we will not accept it for a credit.
  • All sale items are a FINAL SALE.
  • All shipping costs are non-refundable and returned items are at the cost of customer and must be returned via Canada Post with tracking.
