Issues with Received Items: Encountered an issue with an item, like damage, stains, or tears? Shoot us an email within three days of receiving your order. Include a photo and your order number, and we'll promptly address the concern.

Shipping Costs:  Canada Flat Rate Shipping is $15, Over $150 is free shipping. All USA orders are $25 and Free shipping over $250.

Local Pickup: You can save on shipping by opting for local pickup at our Grande Prairie Store Front ( 9907-100Ave) . We'll email pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Pilling FAQs: Experiencing pilling? It's a common occurrence and not necessarily a sign of poor quality. High-quality materials can also pill due to the natural fibers used. If it bothers you, there are products to reduce pilling after wear. On our end, we embrace it as a sign of high-quality fabric blend.
