Shipping And Returns
During the Canada Post Strike we will be shipping all orders we can through alternate options like UPS. Please provide a physical address in the meantime to make sure your package can get to you. We are sorry for the complications this may bring to some of our customers. We are also still looking at the best possible way to send overseas at this time we are not able to.
Shipping Rates
Canada Wide: $25 with the option of free shipping on orders over $250
USA: $30 Standard
International: $75 Standard
Shipping and Arrival
Orders are processed and packaged within one to three business days. We then bring them to the post office. You will receive an email with a tracking number and confirmation when your order ships. If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder, email us at Fashion9@hotmail.ca, and we will help you.
Your package will be delivered in 2-14 business days depending where you are located in Canada. It will take 14-21 business days to get to you if you are in the states, maybe less if you are located closer to the border. For International packages it can take 6-12 weeks maybe more depending on where you are located. Please note we are not responsible for custom charges.
Return Policy/Process
We only offer refunds in the form of store credit. Store credit will only be issued if your returns are postmarked within 14 days of you receiving your purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a credit or exchange. If you purchase an item for pickup the 14 days start as soon as the item is available for Pick Up in store. Shipping will not be refunded on any returned items and return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer when shipping items back to us.
Please do not ship back your items if they are outside of our return window or do not meet the requirements. We cannot send it back for free.
SALE items, accessories and undergarments are FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned. If you have any questions on if your item is eligible for return please ask us before you ship it back.
If you wish to return your item contact us directly at fashion9@hotmail.ca and we will issue a Return Authorization Number that must be clearly written on the outside of the return package. We will verify that we have received the returned item(s) via personal message.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. All returns are to be shipped via Canada Post. Store credit will be in the amount of the purchase price. Any shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
- We will only accept regular priced items for exchange or store credit when contacted within 14 days of your order being shipped. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged, or returned for store credit. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be returned new, unused and with all designer tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Please note we do NOT offer exchange or refund on accessories e.g., sale items, belts, scarves, jewelry.
- Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund
- CAN I CHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?
- Once you click the “Confirm” button, your order begins to process and you are unable to make further changes. We are not able to combine orders or change sizes. If you are unhappy with your purchase once it arrives, you're welcome to return it for exchange or credit (excludes shipping costs). Please refer back to return instructions.
- GIFT CARDS
All gift cards are non-refundable after purchase.
