All orders are shipped by Canada Post or UPS and each parcel will have a tracking number emailed that will allow you and us to keep track on all online orders. Canada Post is the only mail service that ships to PO Box number and will be shipped via Canada Post. All orders over $300.00 before tax will receive free shipping within Canada. All USA orders have a standard rate of $30. All International orders have a flat rate of $75.00 CAD.

 

Orders tend to be sent out within 24-72 hours. If an order is placed on a Sunday or Holiday it may take a little longer till items are processed since we hand package each order with love.

 When your order ships, you will receive an email with your Canada Post/UPS tracking number. You can reference this item number anytime at Canada Post/UPS online or app.  If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder.  If it is not in your spam folder, send us an email at fashion9@hotmail.ca and we will help you out!  Please don't ask us on Facebook or Instagram, for privacy reasons we will not share those details with you over social media. Depending on where you live in Canada, your parcel will deliver within 2-14 business days. 

USA shipments may take up to 14-21 days and International shipments take anywhere form 6-10 weeks. Please note we are not responsible for duties or customs charges.
